#### Notes

1. Server configurations can be upgraded, but not downgraded. You can migrate to a new server at any time.
2. Disk capacity is raw disk size, formatted usable space will be less. OS and server stack software requires approximately 4-6GB.
3. Traffic overuse is billed at NZD$0.04 / GB. See bandwidth [overage pricing](/content/service-specification/wp-server/#overage-charges/index.html).
4. Servers provisioned at Sydney, AU data centre by default. Other locations available. Some server configurations may not be available at all locations at all times.
5. Network DDoS prevention available at most locations. Charges apply. [Contact us](/content/contact/?subject=wp-server/index.html) for details.
6. By default servers are provisioned as per our recommended configuration: Nginx-only with PHP-FPM, no-control panel.
7. Use of Let’s Encrypt certificates is subject to their [terms and conditions](https://letsencrypt.org/repository/).
8. Local SMTP is not installed. A transactional SMTP email service such as SendGrid, MailGun, AWS SES or similar is required. [WP SMTP](/content/wordpress-server/addons/index.html) add-on also available.
9. Additional server administration tasks outside the scope of support are billed at $90 per hour.
